Trees and shrubs obstructing footpaths
It is the home occupier’s responsibility to make sure that their shrubs, bushes, hedges and trees don’t obstruct footpaths, roads, and other public rights of way. If you have any vegetation adjacent to public rights of way, please check to make sure they are cut back if they are causing any obstruction.
